Well I haven't done much, actually nothing, with my personal pages.  But basically this whole site IS my personal page... but I guess there are some things from time to time that I would like to share with other people.

We started going to a new church, North East Baptist Church.  We really like it there, actually, the pastor is the person that married Becky and I.  His wife is pregnant right now too so her and Becky like to talk.  The church didn't have a website when we started going there so I registered a domain and created a website for nebaptistchurch.org.  Like most websites, it's never done and could use some enhancements.

I've also been quite busy at work.  We hired a full-time salesman in Guadalajara and I have been working very closely and aggressively with him.  I've also been developing a web-based database so that we can share information with our office in Guadalajara and our customers around the world.  I wish I could show you, but the system requires a login and the data is very sensitive.

I still play drums occasionally with various bands.  I sort of like it that way.... more adventure.  A couple of weeks ago I played with an awesome group at Wayside Chapel... we had four guitars, a cello, hammered dulcimer, percussion, harmonica, mandolin, and some other "organic" stuff... it was awesome, sort of like an "unplugged" event.  My REAL band, DOXA, managed to squeeze a gig in back in July at Lighthouse.  Demetrios was in town and it was cool, but NOT the same without Dan who is still in Romania doing missions work.  I did get to play with Demetrios again during the "organic" set at Wayside.  That was cool, because he wrote a new song and it's great.

I recently regained interest in Lego when I accidentally discovered this guy's lego site when looking for Javascripts.  This guy builds life-size stuff and MAKES a living at it!  Anyway, Isaac and I have enjoyed playing with my vintage Legos... stuff you can't buy anymore like the old firehouse and the old Expert Builder kits.  Did you know that you can buy replacement parts and out-of-production parts at places like this warehouse?  Some sites have over 300,000 individual sorted bricks.
